• Our Artist members are based in the UK and are currently aged between 22 and 74. We cover a wide variety of subjects, style and medium. We expect to attract more artists living in the United Kingdom who can reflect accurately the diversity of our people and the wide variety of visual artistic expression today.

Buying Art on line

• Ordering

Ordering artwork can be done simply and easily by clicking on the 'buy' button on the desired piece of artwork. Payments can be made by cheque, most credit cards or debit cards

• Delivery

We expect to dispatch your order within seven days. Specific arrangements may have to be made with you by telephone, post or email. (Some sculpture works may have to be made specifically and may take 4 to 6 weeks. In this case a 30% deposit will be required.)

• Complaints

Please contact us immediately by telephone if your art work is damaged in transit to you. We will discuss the reason and advise the best way to return the goods. This is vital, as you will be responsible for any damage on their return journey. If you have bought a work via the internet and wish to return it within 7 days we will refund your money without quibble, we just ask you to pay the carriage. In the case of a sculpture, where a deposit has been paid, the sculptor may refund the deposit at his or her discretion when the work has been finally sold to another person. This is due to the unique costs involved in casting and sadly not negotiable.

• Privacy

We will protect your privacy. We will not give the details you give us to a third party. The information we hold will be used lawfully, for dispatching goods to you and providing you with a good service. Information of future events will only be sent to you if you subscribe on line or opt for our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Copyright of all works remains with the Artist.

• Price

The price of a work is set by the Artist. At the time of making an order a delivery cost will be added.
